Here at Great Harvest Bread Company in Goldsboro, we mill our own wheat on-site each day and use the flour within 48 hours of milling it, ensuring you will receive the entirety of the whole-wheat kernel with every bite you take. Just like freshly ground coffee beans make the best cup of coffee, or freshly squeezed orange juice cannot be beat, freshly milled whole wheat kernals make our bread taste phenomenal and give it the absolute best flavor possible! You really can taste the difference! Freshly milled whole grain bread is also life-enhancing, and has many health benefits. We use premium wheat bought from family owned farms located in the finest wheat growing region in the world — Montana. And we only use pure and simple ingredients in our products.
