Here at Great Harvest Bread Company in Goldsboro, we mill our own wheat on-site each day and use the flour within 48 hours of milling it, ensuring you will receive the entirety of the whole-wheat kernel with every bite you take. Just like freshly ground coffee beans make the best cup of coffee, or freshly squeezed orange juice cannot be beat, freshly milled whole wheat kernals make our bread taste phenomenal and give it the absolute best flavor possible!
